to grow in relationship with Him and how to extend His love to the world.
We purpose to value:

• Teaching and modeling service and responsibility
• Connected relationships with kids
• Fun, engaging and challenging programs
Our Children’s Ministry programs include:
On Sunday mornings:
Children’s Church
Nursery
Reign Forest (Sunday school)
On Wednesday evenings:
AWANA
Special events:
Camp
Vacation Bible School
Family events
What do these programs provide?
Children’s Church engages kids, ages 4
through 2nd grade, teaching basic Bible knowledge and how to worship God through
music and other activities.
Kids are released from both adult services and parents pick them up in room B-1.
Children’s Church Coordinator: Meghan Rutherford
The Nursery provides a loving and safe
Christ-centered environment for babies and toddlers, building an introductory
connection to their church family, and provides a worry-free break for parents
and guardians while they attend the morning’s events designed for them.
Infants through age 3 toddlers are welcomed during all three services.
Lead Care Providers: Miranda Sandberg, Linda Prince, and Angie Grenier
Reign Forest teaches kids about Christ in a fun,
loving and safe place, instilling and building upon Biblical truths, helping
them grow a strong relationship with Christ. Located in the B-wing, from 9:30
a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Preschoolers meet in rooms B5-7 during the entire hour, building a strong Bible
foundation with a curriculum just for them.
Grades K-6 begin together in the Li’l Great Room (B4-6-8) for announcements and
worship. Then they break into grade-specific groups for teaching: Grades K-2 in
room B5-7; grades 3-4 stay in room B4-6-8; grades 5-6 travel to room A7-9.
We ask that parents check their children in at the children’s ministry desk in
the lobby and pick up a Reign Forest card which they’ll need to pick up all
children in Preschool through grade 4 (grades 5 and 6 are released to find their
parents unless otherwise requested). You will need that pick-up card in order to
be in the B-wing hallway—please help us maintain a safe environment for all the
kids by supporting this system!
Reign Forest Directors: Kelly Jones & Donna Leupp
AWANA (Approved workmen are not ashamed) helps
churches and parents worldwide raise children and youth to know, love and serve
Christ. At FBC we serve ages 4 through grade 6. We're currently on break for
the summer -- look for September start date to come! It’s never too late to join—parents are asked to sign their children in at the
registration desk in the lobby and pick them up in the "B-Wing".
Commander: Doug Smith
Camp: Recognizing that Christian Camps provide
uniquely excellent opportunities for spiritual growth, Faith Baptist Church Camp
Ministry offers camp scholarships to individuals or families in need of
financial assistance in order to attend. This opportunity is provided for four
local camps: Lake Ellen, Lake Lundgren, Northland Camp and Silver Birch Ranch.
Information about these camps and their programs is available on the Camp board
in the lobby. Great weekend and week-long adventures are available year-round.

special occasions!
And we continue to grow, prayerfully seeking God’s direction for the future
of this ministry. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or
suggestions or if you have an interest in partnering with us in this wonderful
and challenging ministry.
