1.)  Our initial VIEW for ministry is believers.

2.)  Our STRATEGY is

...to empower them to worship God in a deep and personal way, both privately and publicly;

...to empower them to grow in Christlikeness through prayer, study and fellowship;

...to empower them to fulfill their ministries through discovering, developing and using their gifts in significant ways

3.)  Our GOAL is

...for the Body to reach people for Christ, with every believer having a part in the process of evangelism:  the purpose for the church being left on earth by Christ is to lead people to Himself before His return.
