Dr. David Selness (Senior Pastor)
|
David Selness and
his family have been at Faith Baptist Church since 1995. He served
in Canada for 20 years as a Pastor and a BGC District Executive
Minister. He received his B.A. in speech/communication from the University of Minnesota,
his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Bethel Seminary in Minneapolis, MN.
He and his wife Patty have 4 grown children: three in Minneapolis

Archer Leupp (Pastor of Adult Ministries)
Archer Leupp is our
Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries and has been with us since
January 2007. He has had training
at Multnomah Bible College & Seminary with an emphasis on Small
Groups and Assimilation (Leadership Development, Program
Development, Teaching, etc.). His practicum was developing a
small group ministry. He was able to implement some of his
training at Northridge Community Church in Mailwaukie, OR, as a
volunteer Elder in an Elder-led church, and as an Associate
Pastor at First Baptist Church in Prineville, OR. His heart's
desire is to help lead others into a deeper community with one
another and with God, so that others will know Christ through
our actions and our testimony (John 17).
He is married to Donna, who is currently volunteering as the
Director of our Children’s
Ministries, and they have a teenage daughter, Kira. To contact Archer,

Tim Harwell (Pastor of Youth Ministries)
|
Tim Harwell joined us as
Pastor of Youth Ministries January 9, 2005. He was born & raised in
Abilene, TX, and began his spiritual journey at the age of 7. He began
to sense God's calling into the ministry during his high school years as
a result of going on mission trips to New Mexico. After getting his
undergraduate degree in Bible in 1996, he pursued a masters degree in
Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. Tim was
able to gain experience working with at-risk teens & their families as
well as substance abusers & their families as he completed his licensure
as a Licensed Professional Counselor & Licensed Marriage & Family
Therapist in Texas. He describes his 10 years of experience in Youth
Ministry as "the most fulfilling thing I've ever done." To contact Tim,

Kevin Grenier (Pastor of Worship Ministries)
|
Kevin was born and raised in
Marinette, and after living in Milwaukee and Green Bay for 13 years, has
returned to the area with his wife Angie and four children (Scotty,
Aleah, Sarah and Elizabeth 'Ellie'). Kevin has over twenty years of
experience writing, performing and recording music. Prior to joining
the FBC staff in May of 2004, he owned Joyful Noise Coffeehouse and KMG Recording
Studio, and served at FBC as Interim Director, worship leader, and
member of several worship teams. Kevin has his education in
Business Administration. October 21, 2007, Kevin was
installed as Pastor after 2 years full-time employment in the position
of Director of Worship Ministries and his on-going coursework toward his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical

Donna Leupp (Director of Children's Ministries)

Donna Leupp was hired in
February 2010 as our Director of Children’s Ministries after serving
as a volunteer in that capacity since the summer of 2007. Donna
received a Bachelor of Biblical Education degree from Multnomah
Bible College in 1986. Since then she has served in a variety of
ministry areas including women’s ministry, administration,
discipleship, and children’s ministries. Before coming to Peshtigo,
Donna served for three years as the Children’s Ministry Director at
First Baptist Church in Prineville, OR. “My passion for ministry to
kids flourished through the excitement of watching them grasp God’s
crazy love for them and the joy of growing in knowing Him and
passing it on!” Donna lives in Peshtigo with her husband, Archer,
